Experience II - Escalation of Commitment

Is quite an interesting story like to share....mmm..is a lesson more about. Sometimes, human are very interesting and they see failure is there and doesn't to admit and knew it will happen so they struggle to success. I totally experience this meaning of escalation commitment but is not apply in business or organization behavior but is a love story hahhahaa....

Finally, I learned to protect my own, is gratefully thanks to certain event. Moreover, everyone have their own history of life and experience,you can't save everyone as you like. Perhaps, God knows and everything have been set up and end as it should be. Clearly, I know who are they and what role I 'm playing?when things goes good or goes bad....no one will take you as credit. That's y Buddhism  got one value stated that everything need to be middle, cannot be more or less....totally I fully understand, you overdoing is just make people to hate you more, if do less people will blame you. So, it is quite similarity with Tao Ch'ng that everything is decided so just let it flow naturally and adapt the "Wu Wei" concept.

I still finding some remedies to cure naive people. But they will automatically blind off their rationality and boost up their idealism to satisfy their own mirage effect of need. Anyway, I finally make a full stop and awaken.  I should think about myself rather than others. This is because when things goes seriousness, actually no one will see me as true companion or even  imagine I'm a tool use by others. God is giving me smarter and smarter, let me understand many things can't be change just because your several facts and advices. Result may not as predicted but everything is decided.

Fate to walk a road full with nails and bad shape stones...and another one will be smooth and comfortable road. But of course, you can change the future if* you have self-actualization in every moral values. IN THE END, I just understand one more thing is genius and fool is in between the dimension similar with Sam Hui movie, moral of the story. I'm glad meet my old friends and miss them too because they truly appreciated me especially certain University and secondary mates' nakama(best friends).

This post can be ignored if you don't understand, I just want release some indescribable feeling that give people use and again meet those idiots see me as bad guy and lies everywhere to achieve  their selfishness goal. Lastly, I just have to say sympathy and blessing to them. I think try my very best to protect her but in the end...sigh...hope she happy. This is because of this event, accidentally i recall of her. Anyway, not much feeling but history repeat once again. Learn History, Understand the value but you can't change story of life.Hence, You may become a wise man and will not easily do big regrets in life.

ASIA Food 2011

Almost 3 months, I didn't update my blog haha~!!LOLx..I think my blog grow some spores as decoration for my website haha~!!What to do...I'm very busy for complete my Final Year Project(FYP). After finish my FYP, then come to assignments and exams....moreover, one more great challenge to me that is job interview. I will tell about what happening from me start from Jan till March now~!!

I apply job from one of the conglomerate companies, KLK in Malaysia. I had passed two levels interview organized by the company. First level was interviewed by their manager and executives. Second level, it is very tough and tension haha~!!because interview by Regional Director and 2 General Managers...

They ask me many fantastic questions anyhow I able answer what they want...make me uncomfortable in this second interview is I act like story teller and they just laugh and smile lolx no other respond haha~!!anyway all of them are nice and good guys..But now wait their call whether get hire a not..very kang cheong and scare they not hire me...sigh if this happen I quite sad because these interviews make me used up lot of times and energies.


Every chinese always like to have simple breakfast(above). In Taiwan and Hong Kong, this type of breakfast is very normal. Actually this my morning breakfast today wakakaka~!!I make the scrabble egg and mix vegetable with pork about 5-8minutes...very simple la..the porridge not easy made so this task give to my mom la..haha~!! My mom cooking skill very good LOlx..of coz can't compete with those big chef restaurant la...Below is the Dong Po Pork special made by my mom when Chinese New Year reunion Dinner.


This dish originated from Hang Zhou, Westlake and created by Historical scholar and also Song dynasty officer, So Dongpo. Frankly, this dish have been changed into many ways and lost its "Origin". Anyway, my mom make the pork not so oily by "special technique". the tender crispy but not flaky with a glutinous texture without the greasy taste. One word describe "Jian"~!!(Nice~!!)


Every Chinese always must have pork in their feast such as fried pork, roasted pig...maybe must included Yee Sang to celebrate their Chinese New Year. Yee Sang is mixture of fruits and vegetable create nice unique flavor moreover, this dish must add raw fish slice meat such as salmon meat and other type of fish. This Yee Sang purpose is to let those people who eat it, will have good fortune and luck once proceed to toss the shredded ingredients into the air with chopstick. So, this traditional practice start from Southern Song dynasty ( 960-1279) and this practice eating still goes on in 21st century Chinese community....


This CNY really give me a fabulous and happy event...make me erase all bad memories in 2010...thanks to my good kaima make me so fantastic foods. Somemore, yuyu and taufu make me those nice food like fried bacon, fish ball noodle and ..forgot cho la lol...wakaka...also eat with those good friends while CNY eve in Ka Hoe Yue Yuen restaurant. That day, I was every happy because first time I eat with a bunch of friends in CNY.Just talk back before CNY ...I was went for a trip in Penang to research and survey for my dissertation or Final Year Project. Meanwhile I'm working, My team and I go eat one nice sushi outlet there that is Sakae. Even though, the Japanese food can't describe it very very nice but at least better than Sushi King.


Sakae have very unique in their tea. The tea made by seaweed and combine with green tea so give very good combination flavor to me..nice tea...Moreover, their food also not bad for Inagi(eel) rice.My friends order beef and other stuff foods also nice.Then,I'm first time taste Japan sake and it is great~!I feel some spicy flavor in the sake(^__^).we also eat those normal type of sushi, we didn't try the expensive sushi sigh~student has limitation too~!!

Finally, I finish my last assignment and also concluded my Assignment era in degree level. So, I go celebrate with friends in Ipoh. I go watch Rango in the cinema and then, later go eat Korean foods..Rango movie will be review out very soon lol Korean foods really very good for health. Why? this is because too much vegetables and plain taste LOLx...Of course, it is very suitable those girls and boys who want diet and health nutritious food. Korea food is your right choice.


Anyway, Korean food quite nice too such as Barbecue pork or beef(above)...very nice~!!The barbecue pork got three types of style to eat. This is what the boss of the outlet teach us eat.

First, it can put in sesame oil and black pepper sauce, second mway is wrap it together with glass cabbage,mint leave, garlic, and special chilly sauce and last way is eat together with onion and soya sauce. Anyway, I like the second way because it gives me the taste is rich with fabulous mixture of tastes...every flavors didn't over turn or monopolize each other taste so it is well-balance. Moreover, barbecue pork wrap with vegetable make you taste it "crunchy" and juicy~!!The pork tender is just too perfect~!!!! When I bite it..just make me went in crazy, "Dream in another Dream"~!


The Korea foods (above) I feel that the soup not so nice if compare with Chinese beef soup because herbal not so strong flavor if compare..But I feel that when u like eat something plain and healthy food, Korea food is very suitable. No wonder Korean girl so white the skin LOlx. The noodle is just spaghetti wakakaka~!!no differentiation at all...If Japan noodle sure got differences such as Udon and Soba...Japan sushi is the best comapre this sushi above lolx I think maybe is the outlet cooking skill need to sharpen...I think origin Korean food will be nicer..Malaysia korea food outlet need more adaptation to the local people taste if want further improve your business or increase your profit.



Hence, the outlet service is very very good~!!Yea...The Korea is very interesting because got so many small dishes. those dishes almost make me very full and can't even finish my main dish LOLx...is great some of the small dishes but for me...I can't accept those Kimchi LOLx...the taste is strange for me...Sorry for my honesty..u know food is very subjective comments.


Sigh...finally I will grad soon in May and maybe work in June...so fast the time pass...I'm very happy able to meet those truthfulness friends. thank you. A true friend always try to understand you more and accept your existence even though, he/she knew you are imperfect person. This is where I found all this truthfulness friendship in my University. Sad very soon need to say farewell....

Romance of University

Haha..finally second semester end...I think need some rest to recuperate my Qi* power LOL..anyway, I would like to put this story as..."Life is Like Dream" but I had promised earlier about this story so promise is a promise if not I violate to section2(d)and 26 of Contract Act 1950 haha~!joking joking je ..Sigh...quite long journey for me almost a year in my Uni...This time the story may similar to Romance of Three Kingdoms haha~!Actually very interesting my life because in my primary school era I have Trios Brother like Liu Bei,Guan Yu and Zhang fei but later in Secondary era still continue the legend bond of Brothers even though different people and present, I also having 2 good brothers just like those Legend brothers. So, I would like to say Life is Like a Dream..I can't believe I always encounter Brothers bond haha~!Omoshiroyeah...
More than decade years ago, three little brats play and fool around in their village and play together...those 3 fella quite notorious because they always vandalise, make noise to intterupt others and talk non-stop when having lesson so always be punish by teachers haha~!One day in the bus, they form as brothers* and more strengthen their bond but unpredictable event finally come that is Brothers need to dismiss...cause of they go to others school and left me at St Michael..sad..all nice memories of adventure with them just had to buried inside sea of my mind ...nothing much can do.
But few years study at my old alma mater, St. Michael I finally find my true
friends that is yoke teng and Vincent.Actually quite intersting with them play,laugh,scold,crapping and etc many more fun stuff always happening around us.I still remember the vincent or Itchy dog always scold by yoke teng and yoke teng most funniest thing is he holding* his laugh LOL The most precious memory with them was we work together as artists in the drama...those days really very very fun and I no regret being artist even though it is very exhausted job sigh...thank u yoke teng if not u drag me in become artist I may not experience so fun and interesting job in the Drama. I with those two fella, Itchy dog and Butcher yoke work as artist in consecutive dramas that is Mulan and Hunchback of Notredome...I draw dragon and skeleton as contributions to the dramas....without vincent and yoke teng those two masterpieces can't show as most beautiful art to people come and watch the dramas...really really thank you to u all...
life is always like this, happiest time pass very fast..we need to separate because everyone have their own dream to chase so sad to say we need to...after my form 6 I need separated with this 2 good brothers...I quite unexpected yoke teng come to kampar visit me...really surprise but too bad I'm person not easily show emotion to people haha~!wari wari(sorry)..I feel very happy at that moment..hehe!thank u yoke teng u make me dig back old memories in my mind..
Finally, come to my University era,in my current era..I had two brothers...those two are Howard and Alvin...I tell u la howard is a person calm and excel every sport activities additonally his study is spectacular great so he consider as Guan Yu. If those didnt read Three Kingdoms novel then let me tell la, Guan Yu is a person smart in literate and fighting so in chinese we said " Man Mo Sheung Chuen".The other one Alvin is just like Zhang Fei because he very bad temper and treat people kindly to those people acknowledge and treat him honestly like brother similar to Zhang Fei...I think Yoke Teng quite similar to him haha~!we three form as group just like Liu Bei form the Shu army...Moreover, many small kingdoms very afraid to Liu bei army when Liu bei recruit many great generals such as zhao Yun,Zhang Fei,Guan Yu, Ma chao and Huang Zhong..these all fella in that era called as 5 Tiger generals of Shu Kingdom...same goes to my group like those general become formidable and make great presentation and assignment..
Frankly, Alvin and Howard help me a lot..here I sincerely thank u to them...moreover, they really treat me like good brother because when they have good news they share and even sad stories they also willing to share to me, didn't feel I'm outsider so it is make me feel very strong bond between us so you all can see situation just those 3 brothers of Three kingdoms..hehe..In my tutorial finally I got new nickname that is Eric Pa...they influence by TVB series "Ka Hoe Yue Yuen" or Moonlight Resonance series..the reason have this nickname because I open private lecture for 10 people about law haha~!anyway one time enough experience really very exhausted that day teach people lol...that day onwards in tutorial class everyone knows the line.."Got Eric Pa at Living room no need to scare"haha~!Our group have celebration for this semester and my good friend birthday that day..quite fun play around with sushi and wait 2 hours just for 30 plates sushi haha~!Quite good memory that day..fuu
In my uni life, make me great experience and also quite exhausted le when doing assignment and presentation just like liu bei prepare war to defend his homeland,Chengdu lol..I think my good sai lou Eric experience more than me when preparing reports and exam didn't sleep at all lol mmm...eric maybe just like zhuge Liang prepare strategy formation for battle of Wu Chang Plain in Northern campaign against great strategist Sima Yi under Cao cao.Why I choose Wu chang plain event because this event is most famous event Zhuge liang didn't sleep and eat for few days just non-stop formulate strategies inside the camp similar to Eric Tiew my great sai lou but luckily not fully like him because zhuge liang die in that incident lol die with honor and even gain respect from his rival enemy Sima Yi. Sima Yi said You are deserve as number one great srategist even u die still able to war?!interesting le...Zhuge Liang use his corpse deceive Sima Yi to force retreat and increase morale of own armies so what to u think about zhuge Liang?lol
Besides, In rental house I make lot of friends too and some may can say enemy haha joking la...I quite rare make enemy with people..if those people make as enemy means he really very very bad just like Sima Yi the traitor or Nobunanga Oda the Six Demon God.I quite enjoy live at rental because I with my housemates play Go(wei Qi),trump cards, badminton,and etc....so I'm quite happy a long the year in this University life...I met many great people, nice people, cacat people not means he/she handicap but the mind really cacat* haha~!and some interesting people..

I describe them as generals of 3 kingdoms because some may have characteristic of those generals for example my friend ah hoe like to make cold jokes just like Lu Su, for those got watch Red Cliff 2 may know who is he...lol besides some fella just like Yuan Shao(a person full with charisma but not so clever) and Wang Yun who is use his own daughter Diao Chan( one of the great beauties historic China) to tempt almighty Lubu the greatest warrior In China at that time.haha~!
Anyway,my university life quite interesting especially you finish all assignments in one night just like make miracle moreover the result of the assignment is great ...so it just like Red Cliff war Liu Bei alliance Sun Quan to create miracle, A small force armies win over giant armies consist of 800 thousand soldiers of Cao cao force.you see this little girl so happy finish all assignments in one night LOL...quite enjoy with those new friends and brothers go play basketball, sing karaoke, study together and make discussion, give so enjoyable even though very tired la haha~!I'm no regret make have just great companions hehe~!
those friends didn't appear in this story then I would say pai seh or sorry or komentasai haha~!but those who is my brothers and friends always in my heart and I will never diminishing those memories you all with me play,chat,chase bus,crapping and many more crazy and fun things LOL.

F.R.I.E.N.D

Sigh now only got time update my blog...very very busy...my sai lou, Eric also damn busy haha right my good sai lou?...

bEFORE I start my "dark Wednesday"..I here would like say thanks to everyone who help me alot that day arigadoh mina..thanks Taicho, yew wai,lulu,mun2,Kc and others who help me before last time ....I will very appreciate our friendship from everyone, to those I knew since stardard 1 until present... I would like to say friend is most nearest relative to you when you just alone or come to a place without your brother, sister or parent...for me...a true friend is kind and honest is enough. Don't get me wrong kind means you can bully him/her until die haha~!everyone has his/her limitation so pandai pandai siu siu la so must clever to predict their behaviour la everyone.Additionally, sometimes friend help you and try their best but not every time they could assist you..in this point I very understand so those unable help me because some reasons I understand no need to apologize...honesty is not just say something true...and also no betrayal each other in very serious matter....Lastly, try to avoid materialistic element in friendship..is quite harm the bond of each other...lol

DARK WEDNESDAY..........

Don't know why .when I very busy that time my PC will kacau me..last wednesday really a DAMN dark Wednesday for me...suddenly a window file corrupted then it make until my window can't go in ...very very cham...luckily i met a new friend, Kc and last time work before as PC technician....but once he open here and there..then only discover..."do u have screwdriver?"..shit!!I ask everyone in the house no one have...finally I ask blur queen lulu help lo..hoho luckily she got plus Dr.Soon Yew wai(so lou anyway haha~!)..so ask yew wai help lo...so my friend Kc and yew wai combine force repair my PC...sweat le repair PC...finally figure it our inside extension problem cause the window CD can't repair or backup the pc....later, Yew wai go back lo ...maybe not enough "boil porridge" with Coca so..hehe~!then, left Kc put back all components back into original place....at first is like transformer ...separate everything haha~!...damn now again..Kc forget how to plug back the wire into original place which one wuahaha~!

Anyway, in the end the PC work back and can proceed to window cho...but DVD ROM and burner can't function yet...still the wire maybe plug wrong..so next week repairing session to be continue haha~!I will not blame Kc about the wire because that day repairing session do until 430am...everyone eyes like Japanese man...horizontal line hehe~!everyone like walking corpse face hoho~!me,Kc and wai mun....luckily other programs still work..if not I also don't know how to prepare my assignments and presentations...yare yare...

Birthday War EPISODE II

Ok..I had been said Ericsoft the return will have sequel....this time the story quite funny if compare the EPISODE I haha~!This is because that day really catastrophe to me LOL maybe I use too outrageous word to describe such an event haha~!After the disaster day, my housemate invite me to join his birthday party..mmm..I think should I go or not because that day I should go back home, all my tutorial was cancel..ok la anyway my housemate "Andy Lau" already need to go another place to continue his degree. Then, I promise him that I will attend his party.The above of the picture, that fella smile somehow like someone use a dagger threating him and force wah chai smile...haha~!Anyway, he is the one in this story as main character lol Sau Sing Chai(Birthday boy)oops..forget to introduce this my main character...he is Ah wah and you all can called him as Andy Lau but somehow his English name is Thomas..maybe he want to be just like Thomas Edison because some of his friends call him..Professor!Professor! I accidentally heard this great name la LOL You see our Thomas Edison making a wonderful wish..at the same time, I make some jokes too for example, I say Wah chai wish he could find a wonderful wife this year haha~!wow..u see everyone like praying before dinner similar waktu bersolat pukul 7 haha!at the moment, Ah wah really like Andy lau..superstar, everyone take photo on him..flash light non-stop sparkling around..OMG my eye started see star flying around everywhere LOL.Sigh..u see the cake now wonderful masterpiece but later those zombie use it as tool to attack the civilians people like me and others in the house.U see the above picture, they are attacking the civilians...and I was the cameraman recording the scene...at the moment, many small portions of the cake throwing everywhere and cream smashing around people's face...mm..you can say the situation just like Gaza war there but no one kill or injured just like the war sigh..what the hell?those people thinking, power is it so important?human just can live for few decades...why not choosing a happy and tranquility way, having a peace diplomatic way la..sigh anyway sad..oops continue back my main character first, he quite pity because his face full with "SK-II" cream haha~!those zombies very naughty and still not satisfy after attack once or twice...they are keep on melee attack until you can't gasp a tiny oxygen in the air lol...did you all got some feel of Resident Evil environment haha~!This is why I say a BIrthday War la for my Episode II.....

then, in the end those zombies clear up the messy LAND haha~!Anyway, that night can say a wonderful night for ah wah...happy and fun for everyone..here I would say sorry(paiseh) haha describe u all ..zombie..anyway, what I say is just exactly happening there lol...after clean up..everyone go back home respectively...then another war declare again in my house that is Trump card war...ah wai, ah wah, mun mun , KC and me play Big Two game...until midnight. While playing card, everyone sing together many great songs such as Jacky Cheung-Mui Tin Oi Lee Toh Yat say, Jacky Cheung-Man Pi, Leona Lewis-Bleeding Love and etc...after the great war..then Sau sing Chai(birthday boy) return to his 'nest'(room) and then ah wai and me follow him enter his nest lol..Then, we continue chatting about everyone hometown delicacy foods to each others...share stories together.very enjoyable haha~!talked until 4 o'clock morning..OMG! everyone also don't know the time flow so fast sigh...happy hour always like this, passed very fast as quick as twister wind...

Finally come to the end of the story ...so my Ericsoft the Return sequel come here as conclusion...ah wah I wish u your dream come true and always good luck here...fuu..different people have different event occur in their party but wah chai party is quite extraordinary party I can say haha~!

Butcher The Return..Not BATMAN!!

Yon nen mai...oops..4 years ago, Yoke teng sell his fantastic pork at opposite St Michaelo, Jln Seenivasagam 31500 ...but too bad kena saman because didn't get a license for his stall haha~!In present, my best friend@nakama finally get his license and open his non-halal stall in SusHI SHOP, Jalan Seenivasagam 88...WHAT THE....

Actually those who read this...can see the different between this 2 pictures that I draw haha!Everyone yoke teng more handsome cho or not ...compare time!! Time pass very fast..new year also over liao, Here I wish my best brother yoke teng good luck for this whole year hoho..prosperous until like the pig I draw haha~!
