Simple Life of EricSoft

So fast....my dream had been run for 14 years since 2001......well my life still up and down going. Life still goes on and no matter what happen, I had been endure a lot just like a roller coaster. Perhaps, God always give my life is like Examism hahahah~ a lot of exam in my life LOL...

Sometimes, I give some lecture a lot to many new trainee that work with your heart and sincerity and it will pay back one day.... Just matter of time..If those got study new generation Z really headache to all leaders nowadays as new workforce hahaha~ Hence, they have high intelligence but just need more times to shape them compare to generation Y and generation X....

The drawing as above...suddenly come up in my mind..while flash back a lot in my life...80s era 90s era ...21st century across coming and New Digital Era really make the world change a lot.....So, 2014 coming, what is further planning of your future...is time for you make some checklist future....take note everyone =)

EXORCISM-X Review 2014

The Chapter 2 will be publish on First day of new Year 2014...Hopefully, this time can make it successfully. The picture above is new character add-on in this new chapter II...So, more dark magical element and horror element will add on too inside this new chapter, just like the drawing as below...Do you feel horror? hehe~ I still writing the script and finding certain area to create nice suspense..(^__^) Many people asking me...Eric, would you still continue your dream? Definitely. Perhaps I just change into another way to achieve...Always holding a believe in my heart is Never Give Up...

The date as above already adjusted to 01.01.2014 more easy memorize to everyone hahaha~The plot make me headache due to I already drop the script since 2009. A lot of ideas already disappeared in my mind. Therefore, now I like arrange back all pieces of puzzle memories in mind ...to create clear picture of the story...Cover picture as below actually review of chapter 3 -UNEXPECTED GUEST.

 Overall, now I arrange several plot of stories to be more attractive and interesting....content as below:

EXORCISM-X (CHAPTER 2)

EXORCISM -X comic production start since 2008 till 2009...the comic start from combination novel and comic format. Hence, I received approximately 300 mails from readers and suggested that should change it to full manga/comic format...I take some times to study and learn new element to increase the plot story. After 4 years, I get some gist of ideas to continue my script to continue my masterpiece. Hopefully can be publish end of the year.

From the first chapter started at Shibuya City (Tokyo, Kanto region ~ illustration as above) if those have read my comic have seen before. I may add-on more locations to illustrate more historical and horror into chapter 2 and chapter 3.The drawing background may have some atmosphere and environment from Kanto to Kansai region (most probably Kyoto )....so everyone stay tune he~he

Last year 2012, mega event was drop by at AEON STATION 18....that night was having traditional dances, lion dance and others. participants break through 600 people. Every kid was enjoying that evening ...That night even have our YB Dato' Dr. Mah as our VIP for open ceremony for the lantern parade event 2012, is our pleasure to able to invite Sir to open the ceremony.

Besides, the event also having lantern making competition to create awareness of traditional making lantern and protect environment by using recycle items as material to create the lantern. Therefore,We hope this year have more fun and enjoy together with the communities on that night....having big renion together on 14 SEPTEMBER 2013...SEE U THERE~!!!!

TIME

This is my principle.....is a not easy to follow....and deep meaning...chinese word-use means u fully utilize what you have...Just as the business world always like to use this theory...fish shape theory(optimization all your resources) and Heart means work not just your interest but also fully concentrate in the career or task. Hence, you can use this term in multi-task then, you will be another Steve Job. Yea...also need to based on reality and rational thinking do a work..not just dreaming alwiz wakakakka..=)....

this drawing was illustrated after saw someone like to wasting time and not focus work in my office and also certain people just wondering their futures. Another quotation from ericsoft...

"We create future in right time and in right place additionally, with right people too", (ericsoft,2012). This is the saying that we always saw in military or war book statement (environment need to match to geographical, season, time and human network)

MMm.....I vill back...just matter of time.. I stand back on ground finally..Many people not understand me well, doesn't matter. If talking about Utilitarian concept, majority is undersanding me hahahahhaha.I'm very happy that gain numerous support & success in working. Even though, didn't gain much in term of money hahaa..But just like what god say abundant of life, Alrite boss~! My working world, I started gain fame around, is it this reward to me?hehe I study philosophies so many years, finally find something in road of life. Everyday I ask myself a lot of question and even today more than normal days LOlx....mmm...moreover, today I had being meeting with my HQ managers and also they give me a urgent task to do. Geez....totally suffocating because I must done finish the proposal before the opening of the new business March 29...wow...tense and other things more make me hate someone....I think lot of people will support me haha~!...Next post will be Jacky Cheung 1/2 Century Concert 2011.....My feeling just like this song....

Experience II - Escalation of Commitment

Is quite an interesting story like to share....mmm..is a lesson more about. Sometimes, human are very interesting and they see failure is there and doesn't to admit and knew it will happen so they struggle to success. I totally experience this meaning of escalation commitment but is not apply in business or organization behavior but is a love story hahhahaa....

Finally, I learned to protect my own, is gratefully thanks to certain event. Moreover, everyone have their own history of life and experience,you can't save everyone as you like. Perhaps, God knows and everything have been set up and end as it should be. Clearly, I know who are they and what role I 'm playing?when things goes good or goes bad....no one will take you as credit. That's y Buddhism  got one value stated that everything need to be middle, cannot be more or less....totally I fully understand, you overdoing is just make people to hate you more, if do less people will blame you. So, it is quite similarity with Tao Ch'ng that everything is decided so just let it flow naturally and adapt the "Wu Wei" concept.

I still finding some remedies to cure naive people. But they will automatically blind off their rationality and boost up their idealism to satisfy their own mirage effect of need. Anyway, I finally make a full stop and awaken.  I should think about myself rather than others. This is because when things goes seriousness, actually no one will see me as true companion or even  imagine I'm a tool use by others. God is giving me smarter and smarter, let me understand many things can't be change just because your several facts and advices. Result may not as predicted but everything is decided.

Fate to walk a road full with nails and bad shape stones...and another one will be smooth and comfortable road. But of course, you can change the future if* you have self-actualization in every moral values. IN THE END, I just understand one more thing is genius and fool is in between the dimension similar with Sam Hui movie, moral of the story. I'm glad meet my old friends and miss them too because they truly appreciated me especially certain University and secondary mates' nakama(best friends).

This post can be ignored if you don't understand, I just want release some indescribable feeling that give people use and again meet those idiots see me as bad guy and lies everywhere to achieve  their selfishness goal. Lastly, I just have to say sympathy and blessing to them. I think try my very best to protect her but in the end...sigh...hope she happy. This is because of this event, accidentally i recall of her. Anyway, not much feeling but history repeat once again. Learn History, Understand the value but you can't change story of life.Hence, You may become a wise man and will not easily do big regrets in life.

Desire & Dream

After graduating,mm...just a lot of things need to be decide.I can dare to say totally different what I m enter compare "New World" and Education World.Well. first, I'm glad that i able survive all this long. If u got follow my blog then u may know what happening in my life. Then,I go search job and get several interviews...in the end,I work in to big company. I met a lot of people and establish certain status and I think I still too far from my expected vision and goal.

Interestingly, I 'm gone into very complicated situation, just make me recall the old incident. Well, it hurts a bit but i need to focus my career and plan for future.So, I glad that I 'm being so patience work hard till every of Head of department accepts my existence and abilities. Almost 6 months of working, totally sharpen more my observation skill and analytical skill. Moreover, God didn't forgot my talent, He still gives me opportunities to expand my talent and let others recognize me. Thank you everyone.

 I recall so many history,one statement is very useful
and it is given by 2000 years ago a great Leader that is : "What you see now is not true of me,but you always see wrong me...But I believe all my works will prove that me is right~!".....just guess who he is la hahahaa~!!
